We’re Daniela (the voice, the vision, the front-of-house) and Carlos (the chef, the soul, and the hands behind every housemade bite). Together, we’ve poured our hearts into creating a place where people can slow down, savor something real, and feel right at home.

Carlos brings the flavors — from his Nonna’s legendary meatballs to house-cured bresaola and sourdough that makes grown-ups cry. Daniela brings the vibe — the warmth, the playlists, the events, and that magic feeling that turns strangers into regulars.

Every bottle of wine we pour, every dish we serve, and every playlist we curate comes with intention and care. We’re not backed by investors — this is todo a pulmón: family-run, self-funded, and deeply personal.
